A large portion of Annette’s business as a listing agent and as a buyer’s agent has come from friends, family and previous client referrals – a testament to her love for the business. She stays on the cutting edge learning newer, better ways to serve her clients and the real estate agents she oversees as a Broker. She has been awarded as a  Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past 9 years, along with various other monthly and quarterly awards for top listings, top closings and office culture during her time as a REALTOR®.

Annette attended Tennessee Temple University and Southeastern Baptist College. She and her husband, John, have been married 37 years and love spending time together, as well as with their family and friends.

In her free time, she loves to garden, write and watch old movies. Annette loves everything southern and time in her kitchen. There’s something about the quietness of the process and the sequential steps set against the randomness of experimenting in the kitchen that’s creative and cathartic, she says, noting her friends don’t seem to mind her stress-baking too much either.
